How it works

What your proof contains

You should not have to take our word for it, so we have built the product so that you do not have to.

The photograph

Taken on site, carrying the coordinates and the time it was captured. Not edited, not filtered, not colour-graded. If the light was poor, the photograph shows poor light.

The video

Around thirty seconds of the offering itself. Unedited and uncut. It is the shortest part of the receipt and the part people watch most.

The audio

The chant, the dua, the ardaas, or the reading — recorded where recording is permitted. For many people this is the part they keep.

The note

Written by hand by the Sevak, photographed, and included. It carries the name the seva was offered for and anything you asked to be said. It is the least technical part of the receipt and the one families forward to each other.

Keeping it

Everything stays in your account and can be downloaded or shared. Nothing expires. If you delete a seva, it is deleted from our side too.

Reassurance

We do not use your proof for anything. No photograph from a seva appears in our marketing, on our homepage, or in any example, unless you have specifically been asked and have said yes.
