If something goes wrong
Occasionally a temple closes without notice, a Sevak falls ill, or a seva cannot be completed. Here is what happens then.
If the seva was not performed
You are refunded in full, automatically, without asking. You will also be told what happened and offered the earliest alternative date.
If it was partly performed
If the offering was made but recording was not permitted, or the video failed, you are refunded the difference and told exactly which part is missing. We do not fill the gap with a photograph from another day.
If something was wrong
Wrong name read, wrong date, wrong place — tell us and the seva is performed again at our cost. There is no argument about this and no form to complete beyond saying what was wrong.
If you doubt the proof
Ask, and we will send the underlying file with its original metadata intact, and put you in contact with the Sevak. This request is taken seriously rather than treated as an accusation.
A Sevak found to have misrepresented a seva is removed permanently, every seva they have performed is re-examined, and everyone affected is contacted and refunded. This has happened. We would rather tell you that than pretend it could not.
